Event Introduction
The 2025 FHC Shanghai International Culinary Championship is a team invitational competition for professional chefs. This year’s edition has invited six teams to participate. The competing teams are required to prepare a banquet set for 12 people within a set time limit. The winning team will be awarded the 2025 FHC Shanghai International Culinary Championship Trophy.
